Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Accounting and HR leaders to identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and support automation projects aimed at increasing efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across both departments.
• Evaluate and enhance HR processes, including benefits administration, payroll workflows, and HRIS functionality.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team on budgeting processes and related operational improvements.
