Fantastic opportunity to join a nationally respected service business that is expanding its accounting team with a newly created, high-impact role. The company has enjoyed steady expansion nationally and is creating this role in the Omaha headquarters to support the GM’s of the Denver and Salt Lake City business units. We are looking for a strong accounting partner to work with the leaders of these business units and occasionally hop on a plane and visit them in person to strengthen the relationship and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the month-end close process for two key regional locations, including full responsibility for monthly close, reporting and analytics
• Partner closely with General Managers to prepare for monthly financial reviews and support strong operational decision-making – you will be their right-hand business partner
• Produce and analyze operational reporting, including job costing, labor trends, and overtime analysis – this is a great role for an accountant who wants to be involved in the day-to-day operations of a business
• Collaborate with truly exceptional leaders including the Controller and Director of Finance on model analysis, forecasting, acquisition projects and system upgrades
