Director of Commercial Property Management – Succession Plan for a Senior Leader
We’re partnering with one of Omaha’s most respected and long-standing real estate organizations to identify a Director of Commercial Property Management. This role is part of a thoughtful succession plan for a senior leader retiring in late 2026, creating a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role within a stable and growing platform. Following the recent integration of another property management company and other property acquisitions, the commercial portfolio has expanded significantly and now includes industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use assets. This role will lead a team of commercial property managers and administrative professionals, while also remaining hands-on in property operations and client relationships. This is a great role for someone who cares about tenants, relationships, and doing business the right way.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of commercial property managers
- Review property operations, provide guidance, and help resolve complex issues
- Manage a small portfolio of properties while mentoring an assistant property manager
- Collaborate closely with brokerage and ownership groups on client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, create alignment, and strengthen team collaboration
