Hands on Controller – High Growth, Entrepreneurial Healthcare Practice – $140-150k + Bonus

Elevate is partnering with a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial healthcare organization for a newly created Controller role. This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity to join Nebraska’s fastest growing healthcare practice formed through a recent merger with continued expansion planned across Nebraska and Iowa. This role is ideal for a strong healthcare accountant who wants to move beyond the numbers and become a true business partner to the doctors and executive leadership team. Great opportunity for a heads down, GSD individual who will be trusted to bring structure, clarity, and confidence to a complex growing financial environment.

• Oversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial statements
• Prepare financial analysis and dashboards for executive committee meetings
• Analyze collections, AR aging, revenue cycle performance, and business unit profitability
• Develop cash flow projections and forward-looking financial insights
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, new ventures, and expansion into new markets
