Our client is kicking off a search for someone who will play the “helper” role on the accounting team – assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and any other projects that pop up as the organization grows. Key Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment preparation
• Manage fun and complex customer invoicing and Accounts Receivable while ensuring billing accuracy
• Identify process improvement opportunities, investigate discrepancies, and help create more efficient workflows
• Take on more office duties as you continue to learn – from marketing to client services, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at everything!
