Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement
• Review account reconciliations and financial reporting while developing a deep understanding of what is driving the numbers
• Oversee AP and AR functions to ensure strong controls and smooth day-to-day operations
• Partner with finance leadership on system implementations, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives tied to growth
