• Lead the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting and insights
• Partner with the CFO to help identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting workflows
• Collaborate with operations and sales to ensure accounting and finance is a driver of efficiency and decision-making
• Take ownership of special projects, including creating SOPs, building out ad hoc reporting for leadership, and supporting future scalability initiatives
