Our client is seeking an experienced and professional payroll leader to oversee a large team of specialists and managers in this well-respected Omaha company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a large team that is a blend of fresh new grads and experienced leaders
  • Partner with automation and operations teams to implement process improvements and automation that will save time and money as the company continues to grow
  • Work closely with HR and Accounting Leaders – far too often, Payroll does not at a seat at the table, but you will be respected and appreciated within this company
  • Create a culture that attracts and retains top talent and play a leadership role in the Nebraska payroll community
