Our clients enter a market through acquisition, hire a leader to be its champion for growth [the Sales Manager], and begin to rapidly scale the local market. As the new market grows, they search for other local complementary businesses to tie under the organization. Assuming performance, the goal is for the new Sales Manager is to grow into the General Manager responsible for overseeing all company operations.


This PE client is a top-decile private equity fund with a long history of successful investments in professional, residential, and tech services. This specific holding company is an investment out of its 9th fund, which will have ~$4.5 billion of committed capital and is focused on acquiring and growing residential home services companies. Company revenue has grown from $0 to $2B in 4 years. 


Their executive leaders who are building this firm are experienced PE operators and represent an all-star team. Past Sales Manager and General Manager hires have included high performing Veterans with strong leadership skills and next-level execution abilities. Military profiles include leaders from Special Forces, Ranger Regiment, the nuclear Navy, USMC Infantry and MARSOC, etc. 


Position Details:

This is an opportunity to be a Sales Manager at one of the company’s partner brands. The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of a business development for a branch location with a focus on customer service and support.


You will be responsible for driving organic growth of the business. You will be supported by general managers, regional presidents, and partner services teams that work at the holding company level, and adjacent businesses.

Strong academic profile. Can be right out of military with a strong academic background and desire for a sales career track.
