Deputy Branch Manager – Leading Home Services Provider
Location: Los Angeles, CA (open roles in Claremont, Anaheim, North Hollywood)

The Opportunity:
As a Deputy Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. You will be the right-hand of the location's Branch Manager, helping manage service and installation teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, and maintaining high-performance standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations for a branch location with $5M+ P&L, ensuring service and installation teams meet company goals.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of technicians to uphold company quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, technical standards, and customer service expectations.
- Work with dispatch to coordinate schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
- Monitor job progress, labor hours, and cost controls to maintain profitability.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage warranty claims and operational needs.
- Assist in maintaining accurate invoicing, work orders, and financial tracking.
- Contribute to training programs that promote ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and senior leadership to drive regional growth and operational improvements.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Understanding of home services industry is a plus.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and industry-related software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours (nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).

Base Salary: Low 100Ks Base Salary
