​As part of their business expansion in the Americas, we are assisting them in filling the Technical Support positions in Panama, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company’s products in the overseas markets of Panama, Costa Rica, and Guatemala by building strong product brands, expanding the customer base, and maintaining relationships.
  • Provide project support and closely track the progress of regional customers, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve the regional sales targets, handle payment collections, and ensure timely transactions.
  • Follow up on after-sales services, addressing customer needs promptly while contributing to accurate sales forecasting.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in overseas market promotion, with a focus on building product brands and customer relationships in Panama, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.
  • Ability to provide ongoing project support and monitor customer projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Experience in meeting sales targets and managing payment collections.
  • Strong follow-up skills for after-sales service, with the ability to make accurate sales forecasts and support customer satisfaction.
