Inbound/Outbound Coordinator

8Our client in the Electronic Consumer Industry with a full range of electronics and appliances into the Canada market. This includes televisions, refrigerators, air-conditioners, dehumidifiers, beverage coolers, and freezers. It is looking for an Junior Inventory Coordinator with effective and good attention to details. The principal responsibility of the Junior Inventory Coordinator is to manage inventory and facilitate stock transfers.


The role can work remotely. 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday at the Mississauga office (work location-L5N 8C2) . You can choose to work from home on Friday.

The assignment period: 4 months

The salary is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour


Responsibilities:

To support logistics operation, mainly on the outbound area, detailed tasks might include

  • AR dispute with the customer for logistics related items,
  • GRS submission of carrier invoices, damage and claim resolution with the carrier,
  • Help with order processing and releasing Ecomm orders,
  • Support administration work for other logistics areas etc.


To Be Successful In The Role

  • Proficient in Excel,
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understand and experienced with logistics operation,
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Able to finish the task with minimum supervision,
  • Experience or knowledge with SAP is an asset
