The In-Home Sales Representative Position

Pure Energy Window Company is seeking motivated and results driven individuals to join their team as an In-Home Sales Representative. With a specialization in windows and doors, the In-Home Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting products and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of window and door products and a proven track record in sales.

The In-Home Sales Representative is directly involved in the company’s long-term success and growth. The Company promotes that growth by providing training and development opportunities in a positive work environment.


Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the In-Home Sales Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business and sales is a plus
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary
  • Knowledge of window and door products, materials, and installation processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and as part of a team.


Compensation and Benefits for the In-Home Sales Representative

This is a full-time position with a competitive pay and performance-based commission.


The Recruiting Process for the In-Home Sales Representative

The recruitment process will include a mixture of phone and in-person interviews, and a pre-employment background check.
