The HR Coordinator Position

The Human Resources Coordinator supports EctoHR’s clients and internal team through a range of administrative and HR-related tasks. Responsibilities include processing background checks, managing payroll, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, benefit administration, preparing offer letters, and providing general office support.

 

This fast-paced role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Working closely with other team members, the HR Coordinator can make an immediate impact on business operations, eventually growing into a client-facing role and contributing to complex HR and recruiting projects.

 

Experience, Skills and Abilities for the HR Coordinator Position

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Human Resources or relevant experience is required
  • At least one year of experience working in a professional setting is required
  • At least one year of experience working in Human Resources is preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency and energy
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Willing to put the necessary hours in to get the job done
