Our client is looking for a Front of House Manager to oversee the dining room, bar, and customer experience, including managing and training employees on the restaurant floor and bar, managing work schedules, coordinating reservations with the host, ensuring health and safety is top priority, reviewing financial statements to maintain profitability, managing suppliers, inventory, and cash registers, assist in the hiring process, etc.
For an individual to be successful as the Front of House Manager, they need to have a high level of enthusiasm and passion for their work, ability to be self-motivating, business savvy, and maintain good leadership.
