Founding Enterprise Account Executive

Location: New York City (Seaport) | On-site 4–5 days/week Compensation: $300K OTE ($150K base / $150K variable) | Uncapped commission + accelerators | Equity

About the Company

An early-stage, NYC-based AI company backed by top-tier institutional investors is building the future of regulatory intelligence. Their platform automates the identification and analysis of complex regulations and product requirements for global manufacturers — helping R&D and compliance teams focus on building, not firefighting. They serve industries including automotive, aerospace, construction, and healthcare, supporting products used by over 100 million people worldwide.

Why This Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity — not a role where you inherit a motion. As the first GTM hire, you'll work directly alongside the founders to build how the company sells: the messaging, the process, the playbook. What you create becomes the standard for every hire that follows.

You'll be selling into a real, urgent problem. Deals start at $100K ACV with clear paths into seven- and eight-figure strategic accounts. Strong pipeline support, dedicated outbound infrastructure, and growth engineering resources are in place — so you can focus on running great discovery, navigating complex organizations, and closing.

What You'll Do

  • Own and close enterprise deals with starting ACVs around $100K, expanding into strategic accounts
  • Run rigorous discovery and map multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Manage full deal cycles through procurement, legal, and security review to close
  • Work closely with founders to iterate on messaging, process, and GTM strategy
  • Build the foundation that future hires will be measured against

What You Bring

  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of six-figure ACV deals
  • Startup DNA — you've thrived in ambiguity, built without a playbook, and moved with urgency
  • AI-native mindset — you've fundamentally changed how you work through AI tools and automation, not just used them occasionally
  • Executive-level communication and consultative selling skills
  • Intellectual curiosity — you figure things out, learn new domains fast, and constantly ask why

Nice to have: Experience selling industrial, manufacturing, or engineering software, or familiarity with compliance, regulatory, or GRC markets (not required — domain knowledge can be taught)

Why Join

  • Shape go-to-market strategy from the ground up alongside the founders
  • Massive, urgent market problem with no dominant AI-native competitor
  • Sharp, humble team that celebrates wins and builds with intention
  • 100% healthcare coverage, gym membership, unlimited PTO, and meaningful equity
