West Coast Sales Director

Built for a privacy-conscious, post-cookie advertising landscape, the platform matches ads to relevant article content rather than relying on user tracking or behavioral profiles. The company operates across the U.S., U.K., and APAC and works with a selective network of premium publishers across business, finance, news, technology, and professional media.


The Opportunity

This is a high-ownership West Coast sales opportunity for someone excited to build a territory from the ground up. You will own and grow relationships across independent agencies and direct brand clients, bringing a premium contextual/native advertising solution to market across key West Coast accounts.


The right person will be entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and comfortable creating momentum in a largely greenfield territory.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and build the West Coast market across agencies and direct clients
  • Develop new relationships across independent agencies, brands, and relevant media buyers
  • Sell contextual, native, video, display, and content-driven advertising solutions
  • Position the platform as a premium, privacy-forward alternative to cookie-dependent targeting
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new business opportunities
  • Partner closely with leadership and internal teams to shape go-to-market strategy for the region
  • Report directly to the Head of Global Sales


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong digital media, adtech, or advertising sales experience
  • Existing relationships across West Coast agencies and/or direct brand clients
  • Experience selling to financial services, business, B2B, technology, or premium media advertisers is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, high-ownership, self-directed sales environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build something from the ground up
  • Strong understanding of native advertising, contextual targeting, programmatic, content syndication, or premium publisher ecosystems
  • Based in Los Angeles or San Francisco proper


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $165,000
  • Additional Compensation: Commission
  • Location: Remote, based in Los Angeles or San Francisco proper
