Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a growing, national fire protection platform to recruit a Sprinkler Fitter for the DC metro area.
This is a new installation role — not a patchwork service seat. You’ll be working on commercial, industrial, and residential projects with a steady pipeline and strong operational leadership.
If you’re a hands-on fitter who takes pride in clean installs and code-compliant work, this is worth a conversation.
Most importantly, you will have an excellent GM.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
🔧 Install fire sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial, and residential projects (primary focus)
🛠️ Handle service, repair, and maintenance work as needed
📐 Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and fire protection drawings
💧 Work across wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
⚙️ Cut, thread, groove pipe; install hangers, supports, and system components
📋 Perform testing and inspections
👷 Work independently and with crews; support and mentor apprentices on-site

🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 4+ years of sprinkler fitter experience (strong install background required)
✔️ Strong skills in threading, grooving, brazing, and pipe fitting
✔️ Ability to read and execute from construction drawings
➕ NICET I or II (Water-Based Systems) is a plus
🚗 Valid driver’s license
💪 Ability to work at heights, in tight spaces, and lift 50 lbs
✅ Must pass background check and drug screening
