Complex Litigation Attorney

Locations: Orange County, CA

Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000 per year

Job Description

Our growing complex litigation team is looking for skilled attorneys with 3-6 years of experience to join our Orange County, CA office. We seek driven individuals who bring expertise and fresh perspectives to a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to complex discovery requests.
• Prepare and argue motions, as well as handle pre-trial preparation.
• Conduct witness interviews and manage discovery conferences.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in arguing motions or appeals.
• Prepare for, defend, and conduct depositions.

The role offers hands-on litigation opportunities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience in complex matters.
• Admission to California State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials and a proven ability to handle high-stakes cases.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
