Litigation Associate – Atlanta, GA

A nationally recognized trial-focused litigation firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Atlanta office. The team handles high-stakes matters across product liability, toxic torts, insurance defense, and complex commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage case files from initial pleadings through trial prep
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and prepare discovery responses
• Support trial teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
• Handle insurance coverage, product liability, and commercial defense litigation

Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense-side work
• Strong writing and case management skills
• Prior experience in product liability, toxic torts, or insurance law preferred
• Georgia Bar admission required

Location: In-office role based in downtown Atlanta
