An Am 200 Law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join its Southern California labor and employment team. This is a strong opportunity for attorneys looking to grow their practice in wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and single-plaintiff employment matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Defend employers in wage and hour class and representative actions, including PAGA
- Handle single-plaintiff matters involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Work directly with clients on strategy and day-to-day case management
Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong background in wage and hour and PAGA matters
- Solid courtroom and deposition experience preferred
- California Bar admission required
- Strong writing and research skills; moot court, journal, or clerkship experience a plus
Compensation: $165,000–$250,000 base salary, plus a large bonus structure
