Position: Labor & Employment Attorney

Salary: $250k - $300k

A premier California firm is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment attorney to join its Los Angeles practice. The team represents employers in complex class and collective actions, PAGA matters, discrimination and retaliation claims, and workforce-wide compliance initiatives across hospitality, entertainment, technology, and consumer sectors.

Ideal candidates bring a sharp command of California employment law, exceptional writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to advise executives and HR leaders on strategic risk management. This role offers meaningful client visibility, substantial autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a highly respected L&E group operating at the center of one of the nation’s most sophisticated labor markets.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of labor and employment experience, including class/PAGA work
• California Bar in good standing
• Proven ability to manage cases and client relationships independently
