Position: Corporate Associate

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $225,000–$250,000

A top Los Angeles law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its dynamic Corporate team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of federal securities laws, rules, and regulations, as well as a broad range of experience in corporate transactions, including private offerings of equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Key Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in corporate transactions, including private offerings, M&A, and general corporate matters
• Knowledge of federal securities laws and regulations
• Experience drafting LLC agreements, LP agreements, and related documentation
• Preferred but not required: Experience working with venture capital, growth equity, or private equity firms in fund formations and compliance with the Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, and the Securities Act
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Major law firm experience preferred
• High level of academic achievement
• Admission to the State Bar of California
