Trademark & Brand Protection Attorney

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary Range: $210,000 – $230,000 (depending on experience) + significant bonus

A growing intellectual property team is seeking a mid- to senior-level trademark attorney for its Orange County office. This role focuses on end-to-end trademark services, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing for clients across tech, life sciences, consumer goods, and emerging industries.

The ideal candidate has experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios and advising clients on brand strategy. This position offers a mix of counseling, TTAB proceedings, domain disputes, and cross-practice IP exposure within a full-service platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios
• Handle clearance, prosecution, and registration strategy
• Advise clients on enforcement, brand protection, and domain name disputes
• Draft and negotiate licensing and brand-related agreements
• Support litigation and TTAB proceedings as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of trademark-focused experience
• Background in trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement
• TTAB, domain name, or licensing experience preferred
• Strong client communication and project management skills
• Admission to the California Bar preferred
