Title: Labor & Employment Attorney

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary Range: $200,000 – $245,000 (depending on experience)

A growing litigation team in Orange County is seeking a labor and employment attorney with a strong civil litigation background. The group advises and defends employers in all aspects of workplace law, from day-to-day compliance to high-stakes litigation.

This is a strong opportunity for attorneys who want to work with national and California-based clients in a firm that offers both trial experience and preventive counseling support. The team is especially focused on defending wage and hour claims, class and collective actions, and employment disputes unique to California’s legal environment.

What You'll Do:

• Represent employers in single-plaintiff and class/collective wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases
• Handle civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, unfair competition, and false advertising claims
• Advise clients on compliance, workplace investigations, employment policies, and risk mitigation
• Interact directly with clients and state/federal agencies (EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, etc.)
• Support litigation strategy from pre-suit investigations through trial or resolution

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in employment litigation or related civil litigation
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Experience in wage & hour or class actions is a plus
• California Bar admission required
