Client Overview:
Dr. Clint and Scott are on an amazing mission to heal people, and they need your help with administrative work so they can focus on what they do best!
Client Requirements:
- Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 5am-10am Pacific Time (US)
- Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
- Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
- Must have project management and website creation skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a quick learner and doer
Software tools used by the client:
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Administrative Support:
- Manage Dr. Clint’s calendar and schedule
- Schedule people to see Dr. Clint
- Book and coordinate flights, hotels, and travel logistics for trips
- Oversee the planning and execution of the launch event
- Coordinate healing treatments: logistics, attendees, location finalization, and equipment setup
- Serve as the point of contact for on-the-ground staff receiving deliveries and supplies
- Ensure permits are obtained and coordinate with local contacts
- Coordinate interviews for 18+ kids applying for the training program
- Ensure applicants have Zoom access and know their schedules
- Support onboarding and logistics for selected participants and their safety during training
- Source and purchase medical equipment and herbs
- Coordinate shipping and ensure safe delivery and receipt of all materials
- Track expenses, set up bank accounts
- Help staff key roles (laundry, maintenance, yoga teachers, etc.)
- Keep track of job assignments and ensure everything is adequately staffed
- Coordinate with caretakers to align on logistics
Project Management and Website Support:
- Create webpages, landing pages, and logo
- Act as a central point of accountability and follow-up
- Maintain up-to-date checklists and timelines
- Be pleasantly persistent with busy people to ensure all moving pieces come together
