Client Overview:

Virginia is a talented and passionate artist and coach, and she is looking for a social media unicorn who can help her boost her visibility.


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work any 2-hour block between 8am-12pm Eastern Time (US) 
  • Must be able to work 10 hours weekly
  • Must have experience with social media management and content creation
  • Must have some kind of online platform experience such as GoHighLevel, Thinkific, Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, Kartra, Zapier
  • Must have experience working with funnels
  • Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
  • Must be super organized 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control


Software tools used by the client:

  • GoHighLevel
  • Zapier
  • Xperiencify
  • Capcut/Descript
  • Canva


Responsibilities/Tasks:


Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media posts that support follower growth and nurture the "Know, Like, Trust" factor.
  • Organize and schedule posts via GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Edit short-form video content using CapCut
  • Download and trim existing interviews from Vimeo for social clips and reuse.


Tech Support:

  • Assist in building out sales pages and course content in Xperiencify
  • Support with funnel setup and automation flows (opt-ins, lead magnets, etc.).


Navigate and troubleshoot tools such as:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Xperiencify
  • Zapier (integrations and automations)
