Client Overview:

Denisse is an amazing trainer, and she is looking for a unicorn who can help her with administrative tasks so she can stay in her zone of genius.


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work any 2-hour block between 8am-4pm Pacific Time (US)
  • Must be able to work 10 hours weekly
  • Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a quick learner and doer
  • Must be female


Software tools used by the client:

  • Outlook (for emails and calendars)
  • Zoom
  • Google Suite
  • PowerPoint
  • Canva
  • Google Voice


Responsibilities/Tasks:

Administrative Support

  • Flag and organize important emails (no need to respond, just alert Denisse)
  • Schedule meetings and events, and send confirmations/follow-ups
  • Prepare and submit invoices 
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Assist in managing and organizing credit card statements for tax preparation
  • Make calls to US numbers using Google Voice


Personal Assistance

  • Book appointments (e.g., doctor’s visits for her children)
  • Help manage payroll for household staff (e.g., nanny)
  • Coordinate family travel (research best flights, hotels, and travel arrangements)
  • Assist in creating a family photo book using provided photos


Airbnb Property Management Support

  • Monitor and respond to Airbnb-related emails
  • Coordinate cleanings, maintenance, and scheduling as needed


For Later:

Schedule and post content on social media platforms
