Client Overview:

Adam is a food and alcohol enthusiast, and he is looking for a super experienced unicorn to help with social media management and content creation. This is a BIG opportunity with lots of room for growth, and you will start with 20 hours a week, and it will go up to 40 once you’re in the swing of things! If you need something full-time right off the bat, that’s no problem, too, as long as you are a unicorn! :)


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 8am and 1pm Pacific Time (US)
  • Must be able to work 20 hours weekly in the beginning, and it will go up to 40 once you’re in the swing of things!
  • Must have extensive experience with social media management, strategy, campaigns, and content creation
  • Must have extensive experience with social media management and content creation
  • Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
  • Must be super organized 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
  • Must love learning
  • Must be excited about food and beverage


Software tools used by the client:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • Zoho


Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Take the lead in social media strategy
  • Create and adjust social media campaigns for multiple brands under one roof, but similar themed
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Draft LinkedIn articles and posts (you will complete ~75% of the writing, and Adam adds his specialty on top of it)
  • Break down long-form video interviews into short, engaging clips for social media
  • Comment and engage on LinkedIn as Adam
  • Post content in relevant LinkedIn groups
  • Support publishing on company websites
  • Manage different social media pages for Adam's various sites
