We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd shift Dip Mold Operator I to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor dip molding machinery to ensure consistent cycle times and the production of high-quality parts within required tolerances. You will be responsible for packing approved parts for shipment, following production schedules, and maintaining accurate quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions accurately, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in meeting customer expectations, supporting production goals, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Basic operator running the floor (W.I.-PRO-010).
• Maintain cycle time of all machines.
• Complete the Dip Molding operator 1 Qualification check sheet (F-DIP-012).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed based on the needs of the business.
