Accounting Receivables, Bologna

6 month Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all of the AR process
• Checking the accuracy of automatic invoices and electronic invoices sent to the tax authority. If necessary issuing a new invoice.
• Daily posting of the bank statement and responsible for cash collection
• Preparing RIBA files to be sent to the bank

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an Accounting Receivables position
• Technical diploma
• Knowledge of several VAT codes, Dichiarazioni di intento, electronic invoices, RIBA. 
• English language (at least B1 level)
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well independently and as a team member
