Accountant reporting to Poland Accounting Supervisor.

AP leader - external and intercompany purchase invoices.

Responsible for the timely filing of month end reports- vendors and creditors reports, goods in transit.

Posting accounting and financial documents.

Other Accounting roles accordingly to the local legislation.

Typical Accountabilities:

• Preparing data for VDEK declaration
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (payables)
• Participate in forecast and plan process
• Other accounting tasks
• Key role to align processes for new system Dynamics implemented in Poland
• Sharing best practises for financial controls

Required Skills & Experience:

• Finance degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent Excel skills
• English language -written and verbal
• Problem solving
• Experience with month end accounting processes
• Team player
• High level of responsibility and independence
• Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
• Cognos (desirable)
• experience working in a multinational company (desirable)
• Experience working in a Matrix organization (desirable)
