Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduates of "Engineering" departments of universities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer management in the industrial components sector
• Proficient in English (must be able to use it actively in correspondence)
• Able to conduct customer visits (a role involving 60% field visits)
• Able to drive actively
• Possessing good reporting and presentation skills
• Open to learning, with high persuasion skills

What Will Be Their Responsibilities?

• Ensuring customer satisfaction with existing customers by understanding their needs, managing current orders and developing relationships
• Creating new projects and/or sales opportunities and following them up regularly
• Visiting existing and potential customers regularly and reporting to the manager
• Expanding the current sales portfolio by cross-selling with new or existing products
• Contributing to the existing customer portfolio by acquiring new customers
• Preparing price offers and price analyses and submitting them for manager approval
• Monitoring the financial status of the customers under their responsibility
• Participating in relevant industry fairs within the scope of marketing activities
• Contributing to the launch of new products in the expanding range of Component products
