The focus of this role is develop sales reaching planned targets in Hungary in line with the EMEA strategy and objectives, generating new customers, improve customer retention and cross selling.

The successful candidate has experience in industrial sales and is open to inside sales activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Comprehensively understand product range and proactively maximise all sales opportunities
  • Work to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Key target is the successful growth of the business in Hungary 
  • Provide pro-active care to key accounts and mid-size accounts , monitor their orders and ensure regular customer contact.
  • The preparation and follow up of sales quotations and to appropriate customer leads.
  • Progressing focussed projects from initial lists to actual invoiced sales
  • Undertake proactive initiatives to grow the sales; i.e. via , proactive calling, working on lapsed accounts and the generation and follow up of new prospects in niche markets.
  • Manage customer concerns and complaints effectively to minimise the effect on the customer in cooperation with customer service
  • Operate effectively within current company policies and procedures
  • Develop effective working relationships with other team members, internal departments and sister companies, as well as customers .
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales development activities.
  • Participate in team briefings and communicate with team leader and other team members to address issues and develop a wider range of skills
  • Participate in specific projects and team activities as required


Required Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor degree & technical background
  • Proven experience in B2B sales environment (technical sales preferred)
  • Fluency in Hungarian and very good English skills (B2)
  • Task and result focused
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders across the business
  • Effective communicator both orally and in writing

This role is based full-time in our Budapest office.
