Are you passionate about digital construction and want to bring walls to life—before they’re even built? We’re looking for a BIM Modeler to join our client’s innovative team in Phoenix, AZ, and help shape the future of commercial framing using cutting-edge 3D modeling technology.

This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where creativity meets construction. You won’t just model—you’ll lead coordination efforts, streamline workflows, and help bring entire buildings together with digital precision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Modeling Matters: Develop detailed 3D CFS (cold-formed steel) framing models and produce shop drawings, including layout sheets and schedules.
• Coordination Pro: Facilitate digital framing processes and coordinate BIM efforts across internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-On BIM: Manage 3D model content, shop drawings, material reports, spool sheets, roll former CNC files, and project schedules.
• Mentorship & Support: Assist, train, and support internal team members and external partners in understanding digital framing and modeling workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with BIM/VDC workflows and tools such as:
• Revit, MWF (Metal Wood Framer), and Navisworks
• Bonus points for experience with Bluebeam, Box, AutoCAD, and Smartsheet
• 2+ years in BIM/VDC modeling or commercial framing/drywall experience
• A solid understanding of:
• Exterior bypass framing, curtain walls, storefronts, and rain screen/EIFS finishes
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• A working knowledge of basic building systems
• Excellent computer proficiency and a strong eye for detail
• An eagerness to innovate, collaborate, and build better
