Junior Software Engineer, AI Products

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week

We’re partnering with a venture-backed technology company at the intersection of creator marketing, digital content, and AI. The company is building a next-generation platform that helps brands scale content creation, improve campaign performance, and bring smarter automation into their marketing workflows.

They are looking for a Junior Software Engineer who is early in their career, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to real-world software products that incorporate AI, automation, and modern web technologies.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with senior engineers and product leaders to help build backend services, frontend features, internal tools, and AI-enabled workflows.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Build and support backend services, APIs, and user-facing product features
• Assist with AI-powered workflows, automation tools, and internal systems
• Help maintain data pipelines, integrations, and product infrastructure
• Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot bugs and contribute to product improvements
• Participate in code reviews, team planning, and technical discussions

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of software engineering experience, internship experience, or strong project-based experience
• Foundational experience with backend or full-stack development
• Exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or similar languages
• Familiarity with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Basic experience with SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, or modern development tools
• Interest in AI products, automation, LLMs, or agentic workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Exposure to LLM APIs, AI tools, vector databases, or automation platforms
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Postgres, or serverless environments
• Familiarity with marketing technology, creator platforms, social media, or SaaS products
