Product Manager, AI & Creator Marketing Platform

Our client is a fast-growing marketplace technology company helping brands and agencies scale creator partnerships, user-generated content, and digital marketing performance. Their platform supports creator discovery, influencer campaigns, content licensing, social commerce, paid media, e-commerce, and performance analytics.


They are looking for a Product Manager, AI & Creator Marketing Platform to help build customer-facing products that make it easier for brands to find creators, manage campaigns, activate content across channels, and measure results. This is a hands-on product role for someone who understands modern digital marketing, creator/influencer ecosystems, and how AI can be used to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and create better user experiences.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own customer-facing product features from discovery through launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization
  • Build and improve product experiences tied to creator discovery, campaign management, UGC collection, content activation, content licensing, and marketing performance
  • Use AI tools and automation platforms to accelerate product discovery, spec creation, prototyping, QA, documentation, research, and iteration
  • Identify ways to embed AI into the platform to help brands and agencies work faster, make better decisions, and improve campaign outcomes
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership to define priorities and deliver product improvements
  • Create clear product specs, user stories, wireframes, user flows, acceptance criteria, and roadmap documentation
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research across creator marketing, influencer marketing, paid social, adtech, martech, and e-commerce
  • Use product data, customer feedback, and AI-supported insights to evaluate performance and guide future product decisions
  • Identify repetitive or manual workflows and help implement AI-powered automations to reduce friction
  • Manage multiple products, features, and priorities in a fast-moving startup environment


What We’re Looking For

  • 1 to 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with customer-facing digital products
  • Experience in digital media, adtech, martech, creator economy, influencer marketing, paid social, social commerce, e-commerce, or a related technology environment
  • Strong understanding of brand, agency, creator, or marketer workflows
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to build, automate, prototype, document, analyze, or improve product workflows
  • Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, v0, Make, n8n, or similar AI and automation platforms
  • Ability to move quickly from product idea to execution in a startup-style environment
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to balance customer needs, business impact, technical tradeoffs, and speed of delivery
  • Experience writing product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, and product requirements
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, or similar product and design platforms
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required


Nice to Have

  • Experience with creator marketplaces, influencer platforms, UGC platforms, social commerce, or marketing workflow products
  • Experience building AI-powered product features, not just using AI tools for productivity
  • Experience implementing agentic AI workflows or automations
  • Exposure to content scoring, creator matching, campaign analytics, recommendation systems, or performance optimization tools
  • Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth technology company
