Epic Radiant Analyst
Contract | Remote with Limited Onsite Travel
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a forward-thinking healthcare organization to identify an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to support and enhance imaging and radiology systems. This contract role offers the chance to work closely with clinical and technical stakeholders to improve patient care delivery through efficient, well-designed Epic Radiant workflows. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence for critical milestones such as go-lives or major initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
Epic Radiant Configuration and Support
- Build, configure, and maintain Epic Radiant functionality supporting radiology and imaging services
- Provide ongoing application support across implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts
- Investigate and resolve system issues, defects, and workflow inefficiencies
Clinical and Operational Partnership
- Work directly with radiologists, imaging teams, and operational leaders to understand needs and priorities
- Convert clinical and operational requirements into effective Epic Radiant solutions
- Contribute to workflow design, validation, and continuous refinement
Testing and Go-Live Execution
- Participate in unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing activities
- Support go-live readiness, onsite execution when required, and post-go-live stabilization
- Assist with real-time issue triage and resolution during critical deployment periods
Integrations and Data Accuracy
- Coordinate with interface and technical teams to support connections between Epic Radiant and other Epic modules or third-party imaging systems
- Ensure data integrity and seamless workflow alignment across integrated platforms
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
- Create and maintain clear build documentation, specifications, and workflow materials
- Support effective knowledge transfer to internal teams and long-term support resources
Standards, Compliance, and Optimization
- Ensure system configuration aligns with regulatory, privacy, and security standards
- Apply Epic-recommended and organizational best practices
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, efficiency, and clinician experience
What We Are Looking For
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience supporting Epic Radiant or Epic imaging applications
- Deep understanding of radiology and imaging workflows
- Proven experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
- Ability to work independently in a remote contract setting
- Willingness to travel onsite occasionally for key project phases
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Active Epic Radiant certification
