Title: HR Compensation Analyst (Contract)

Location: Orange County, CA (Onsite Preferred | Remote Considered)

Type: Contract / Ongoing


Position Summary:

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a contract HR Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs, job description development, and job architecture initiatives. This role will partner closely with HR and business leaders to support job leveling, market pricing, and documentation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and standardize job descriptions across departments
  • Support compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job leveling
  • Assist with market pricing and compensation data management
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to define job scope and leveling
  • Maintain compensation and job description documentation and files
  • Support ongoing HR and compensation-related projects

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Compensation Analyst or HR Analyst supporting compensation programs
  • Strong experience writing and developing job descriptions required
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and job leveling
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Contract role, ongoing duration
  • Onsite in Orange County preferred; remote candidates will be considered
