A growing technology company is expanding its creative team and is looking for a Graphic Designer who enjoys building new visuals from scratch and bringing ideas to life across multiple platforms.


We are looking to identify a designer who can take ownership of brand visuals across marketing campaigns, product launches, and high-visibility company initiatives. The role offers the chance to work on a wide mix of creative projects including marketing campaigns, product storytelling, trade show environments, digital experiences, and multimedia content.


If you enjoy designing rather than just resizing assets, this role will give you the opportunity to create meaningful work that will be seen across global marketing efforts.


What You'll Be Designing

The designer will work directly with marketing and product teams to develop creative that communicates ideas clearly and visually.

You will regularly design:

• Website graphics and digital campaign visuals

• Infographics and marketing visuals that simplify complex ideas

• Social media graphics and short-form video content

• Product marketing collateral and brochures

• Trade show booth graphics and large-format event materials

• Press release imagery and campaign visuals

• Sales presentations and executive slide decks

• Brand visuals used across global marketing initiatives

The company is currently refreshing and expanding many of its marketing materials, so this role will involve a strong amount of original design work in addition to production work.

This position will function as the primary designer supporting the marketing team, which means your work will have strong visibility across the organization.


Core Responsibilities:

Creative Development

  • Develop visual concepts and bring them from initial idea through final execution
  • Translate messaging and product ideas into engaging visual content
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while helping evolve them when needed

Marketing & Campaign Design

  • Produce marketing materials across print and digital formats
  • Design visuals for campaigns, product launches, and industry events
  • Create assets for presentations, marketing collateral, and digital communication

Multimedia Content

  • Produce and edit short video content such as promotional clips and social media reels
  • Support motion graphics and multimedia marketing content when needed

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand goals and develop creative solutions
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas during the creative process
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines


Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

Design Expertise

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual composition
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments

Tools

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • PowerPoint presentation design

Bonus Skills

These are helpful but not required:

  • Video editing or multimedia production
  • Motion graphics
  • Final Cut Pro or similar video tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design
  • Email marketing design experience


Ideal Background

Designers who have worked with technology products, hardware companies, or B2B marketing teams tend to transition especially well into this environment. Experience supporting product marketing or technical storytelling is a plus.
