  • Manage the full bid process including bid list development, scope review, bid analysis, and contract award

  • Draft purchase orders and subcontracts with appropriate general and specific scopes of work

  • Build and maintain strong vendor, subcontractor, and consultant relationships to improve pricing and reduce bid packages

  • Attend pre-bid meetings and regularly visit job sites to support schedule, quality, and purchasing alignment

  • Assist with final cost reporting and documentation for internal systems (e.g., Viewpoint)

  • Contribute to achieving a company-wide target of a 20% or better hit rate on competitive bid work

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent field experience

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally for jobsite visits and meetings (no overnight stays required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ($100,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience)
