Position Summary
We’re modernizing vendor payments for commercial property managers — and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Business Development & GTM Specialist to help lead that charge.
This role blends outbound sales execution with go-to-market strategy. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging commercial property management firms, driving high-quality meetings, and shaping how we scale. It’s ideal for someone who’s confident running their own outbound motion but also eager to help build the system — not just work inside it.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Execution: Identify key decision-makers within commercial property management firms and build a strong pipeline through cold outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.

Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership to design and test outbound campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of property managers.

Discovery & Qualification: Lead initial prospect conversations, uncover business needs, and validate opportunities with the potential to progress into a full sales cycle.

CRM & Reporting: Keep all activity up to date in our CRM tools, monitor performance, and share insights to refine our messaging and GTM strategy.

Sales Tooling & Automation: Leverage platforms like Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to automate and optimize prospecting efforts. Make recommendations to evolve the sales stack as we grow.

Full-Cycle Sales Progression: Take ownership of opportunities from first touch to close — this role is designed to scale into a fully autonomous closing role.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or PropTech.
- A strong track record of generating outbound opportunities and running point on sales conversations.
- Familiarity with the commercial real estate or property management space — or an ability to ramp quickly.
- Confidence using modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.) and creating outbound strategies that convert.
- Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset — you’re great at reading a buyer and adapting your approach.
- Entrepreneurial energy: You’re self-directed, resourceful, and excited to help shape something from the ground up.
