What You'll Do:
• Manage day-to-day administrative support for executive leadership, including calendar management and scheduling
• Coordinate travel arrangements end-to-end, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
• Plan and book dinners, meetings, and events, ensuring a high-touch and detail-oriented experience
• Handle personal and ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency
• Support outreach efforts, including communication with clients, partners, and vendors
• Oversee front office operations and act as the first point of contact, creating a professional and welcoming environment for guests
• Maintain organization across schedules, priorities, and office needs to ensure smooth daily operations
