Site Supervisor

Stonehouse – Permanent – up to £19ph – Fulltime

A well-established Fabrication client is hiring a Site Supervisor to run projects on customer sites depending on contract. They offer a comprehensive solution to SME’s and large blue-chip companies, where they are well known for consistent

quality.

The Role

·        Running small projects – Directing team, organising tools & equipment, H&S documentation and ensuring work is completed to standard and on time.

·        Customer communication throughout project

·        Attending site meeting and producing progress reports

·        Working away throughout the week

·        Interpreting engineering drawings

·        Welding/Fabrication/Mechanical Fitting

·        Essential skills cards – SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

The Person

·        Experience running a Site.

·        Experience in Welding/Fabrication/Mechanical Fitting or the water industry

·        Able to work too tight tolerances

·        Committed, with good attention to detail

·        Good communication skills

·        Able to work with minimal supervision

·        Working knowledge of H&S

Desirable

·        EUSR, IPAF, PASMA, NPORS, CPCS, CSCS Skills cards

·        Mechanical Fitting

·        Working at height, confined space certification

·        Abrasive Wheels Training

·        First Aid Certification
