🚗 Automotive Service Sales Manager – High-Performing, Multi-Shop Operation

Location: Omaha, NE

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ (Base + Performance Incentives)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM (No Weekends!)

About the Opportunity

AutoShop Recruiting is partnering with one of our client shops in the Omaha metro area to hire an experienced Automotive Service Sales Manager to help lead front-end sales operations across two growing, high-performing locations.

This role is designed for a natural producer who thrives on closing deals, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving shop performance. You’ll serve as the key link between customers, service advisors, and technicians—ensuring clear communication, accurate estimates, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer communication and sales efforts across both locations.
• Present repair recommendations with confidence and clarity.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with guests.
• Follow up on open estimates and deferred work to maximize shop revenue.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, professionalism, and accountability.
