Ursuline Academy of Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a dedicated, faith-filled, and visionary Upper School Principal to begin service in the summer of 2026. Founded in 1893, Ursuline Academy is an independent, Catholic, college preparatory school rooted in the Ursuline tradition of St. Angela Merici, serving students from age 2.5 in early childhood through grade 12. About the Principal Opportunity 

The Principal reports directly to the President and is responsible for the day-to-day academic and spiritual leadership of the Upper School. The Principal ensures that Ursuline’s Catholic identity and the charism of St. Angela Merici permeate all aspects of the school community. As the school’s instructional leader, the Principal supports faculty and staff, upholds academic excellence, and promotes a culture that empowers young women to become confident, compassionate, and globally minded leaders.

The search committee is on a fast-track to identify and secure the next Principal.
