If you’ve worked in foodservice, distribution, or CPG, you already know the vibe—and you’ll probably love it.


What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Chasing Money… Professionally)

  • Lead the day-to-day A/R and collections operations across multiple entities
  • Manage and mentor a team (because great collectors don’t just happen)
  • Oversee invoicing, cash application, credit reviews, and dispute resolution
  • Keep DSO in check and cash flow healthy (aka, your scoreboard)
  • Partner with Sales & Customer Service to solve issues before they become “collections situations”
  • Monitor credit risk and make smart calls on customer limits
  • Deliver insights from A/R aging reports that actually drive decisions
  • Support month-end close and audits without breaking a sweat


What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years in Accounts Receivable / Collections
  • Prior leadership or “unofficial team lead everyone relies on” experience
  • Experience managing high-volume A/R (bonus points if it’s chaotic—in a good way)
  • Comfort working across multiple entities or business units
  • Strong Excel + ERP skills (you know your way around)
  • Ability to communicate firmly and professionally (collections = art form)

Bonus Points If You’ve Got

  • Experience in foodservice, distribution, or CPG
  • A track record of improving collections processes or reducing DSO
  • The patience of a saint and the persistence of a bill collector in a movie
