Are you a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Time and Labour/Absence, and who has implemented an ERP before? Do you want to work on a project where you are really making an impact on a community?

Our client has asked us to look for a Senior Business Analyst for a 12 month contract position with possibility of extension. We love this client because consultants would get the opportunity to build a system from the ground up and the opportunity to really affect change

Here is the type of person we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Expertise in Time and Labour, or Absence
• Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst in HR operational roles, preferably with a focus on Oracle HR Fusion.
• Knowledge in Oracle HR Fusion technology would be desirable
• Solid understanding of HR operational processes and best practices across various functional areas.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with system testing methodologies and practices.
• Takes ownership and works towards results with limited need for direction. 
• Familiarity with union environments is advantageous. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Enjoys challenging targets and working with a small, engaged, self-starting team.
