The Position:
The Executive Assistant is a highly organized, proactive, and polished professional who supports the senior leadership team. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the Denver office, acting as the face of the company while ensuring seamless day-to-day execution for executives across operations, construction, sales, and finance. A critical component of this role is being a clear, confident, and highly effective communicator, someone who can interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, manage up and across teams, and ensure information flows accurately and efficiently.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and is comfortable navigating both high-volume workloads and quieter periods with equal effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership (both local and remote)
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage expense reporting and basic financial tracking
- Serve as the front-facing presence of the Cherry Creek office, maintaining a highly professional environment
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings, events, and executive offsites
- Act as a central point of communication across executives, investors, external partners (PR, HR), and internal stakeholders
- Support project coordination efforts, including tracking timelines, organizing information, and assisting with integration of new acquisitions
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively keep priorities on track in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role supporting senior leaders
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with executives, investors, and external partners
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), project management and expense management tools
- Experience with project coordination or project management principles preferred
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Salary & Benefits:
