Dream Centers is a faith-based nonprofit providing health and hope to women and children overcoming poverty, trauma, and homelessness. Through our Women’s Clinic, Mary’s Home, and Big Dream Early Learning, we deliver holistic, life-changing care to the Colorado Springs community.
The Position
The Women’s Clinic Community & Partnerships Lead is a part-time role for a licensed provider who will serve as both a clinical contributor and the outward-facing ambassador of the clinic. This individual will help build relationships with healthcare providers, strengthen referral networks, and engage donors and community partners, while maintaining a clinical presence.
This is an ideal opportunity for a provider who enjoys connecting with people, sharing impact, and expanding access to care.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners
- Develop new community partnerships to expand the clinic’s reach
- Engage and cultivate relationships with donors through meetings, tours, and events
- Represent the Women’s Clinic in the community as a trusted and credible voice
- Provide limited clinical care (GYN services) and stay connected to patient impact
- Share the mission and outcomes of the clinic through compelling, relational communication
Qualifications
- Licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA with active Colorado license
- Experience in women’s health or working with underserved populations preferred
- 5+ years of experience in clinical, outreach, or relationship-focused roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable building relationships with both providers and donors
- Mission-driven with a heart for serving vulnerable populations
